AspOrto — Product & Service Design for Urban Food Systems
Hyperlocal food production system for small spaces
Concept
AspOrto is a wall-mounted, modular hydroponic system designed to bring a slice of food production back into the home—and to keep fragile, short-shelf-life foods in circulation rather than in the bin. The project couples a self-contained growing device with a neighborhood exchange/market service, enabling people to grow, sell, or swap fresh produce on a hyperlocal loop.
