Black Factories designs AI automation and digital interfaces by starting with how people actually use a product and what happens in their workflows. I work at Black Factories: I designed and developed the company's website, and I design the interfaces of the digital products built for its clients. This website was conceived as an interactive account of the process, from listening to building systems that lighten everyday work.
